  • The system is already setup for you to start using the same. Once you sign up, first location is already configured with default values; you can change the text and add in your logo and select a theme of your choice to customize. We suggest you to first configure the services as per your requirement and then customize the rest of the system.

  • Due to the global Pandemic COVID19, we are providing all the packages free of cost till 31st Dec 2020. Please write to us at sales@queuezilla.com with details of your Company and we would share the free License activation code with you. Please sign up and share the email ID used for registration.

  • The system is completely web-based that you can directly access from our Cloud servers; you just need a stable internet connection. Apart from this, you would require the following:
    Kiosk
    – Tablet or an All in 1 Touch screen Desktop or a laptop
    – Barcode printer to print the token. (Recommended: Epson TM-U220-USB)
    Customer Display – 40 Inch or above TV screen
    – Smart TV with Browser
    – Mini PC or Laptop connected to the display.
    Counters – Any POS system or Tablet or Phone
    All these devices need to have Internet Browsers where the application can be opened.

  • No, you do not require a Credit Card to Sign up and use the free promotional offer on all our services. Signup and send us a mail at Sales@queuezilla.com. Please tell us something about your company after due diligence we would be happy to share the promotional license code with you.

  • No there is no need for special hardware, all you need is a system where you can open a web browser,
    1st Machine where customers can select the services when they enter the premises.
    2nd Machine or screen connect to the same first machine can be used to display the tokens which will be called by the counter staff.
    3rd Machine or Tablet or phone would be required to call the token at different counters.

  • Queuezilla is a ready to use platform, where little to no technical knowledge is required. Our support team will be more than willing to help you set up your queue system.
    As soon as you signup, a default system is already configured for you to start using the same, all you need to do is set up your Kiosk machine, customer display and counters system. Sign in using the link in the header and start using the system.

  • After the free subscription period, we will charge you as per the license you may be willing to purchase. There would no disruption of service when you move from Free to Paid subscription.

  • No there is no commitment to use the paid services after the end of free subscription period.
